The provenance of the DLF Community Calendar is not very clearly expressed on the official page itself (and I see no reference to it in the DLF or CLIR websites). It is a collaborative calendar of Digital Humanities conferences, training events and similar, set up by Amanda French in February 2009, to which users can subscribe using common calendar tools such as Google Calendar (not tested in iCal or Outlook); subscribers can also add their own events to the calendar.
