The Bibliotheca Iuris Antiqui (BIA) database, associated with the Centro Interuniversitario per l'Informatica Romanistica (C.I.R.), contains three integrated archives: "Fontes" archive ("the most up-to-date edition of 'Romtext, ' a full text electronic version of the main juridical Roman sources ... "), "Opera" archive (bibliography), and "Thesaurus" archive (a "controlled dictionary of about 9000 terms ... "). Lucio Maggio and Orazio Licandro, respectively, are responsible for the "Fontes" and "Opera" archives.
