Elli Mylonas is the Director of the Center for Digital Scholarship at the Brown University Library, where she leads a group of 7 staff who are engaged in digital scholarship, digital humanities and digital production services. She has worked on a variety of projects over the years, beginning with the Perseus Project in its early days and is currently the technical lead for the Inscriptions of Israel/Palestine.

She has served several terms on the TEI council, and has experience with TEI and Epidoc.

She studied Classics at Harvard University and Brown University.
