Not sure what the basis for the claim that it's not in the hopper source is. I haven't tried compiling and running from scratch, but it seems to be there as Java source under reading/src/perseus/morph. This page clearly needs updating and tidying in line with current DC Wiki practice. At the very least we should include (a) URL·s, author·s, description; (b) mention of more than one implementation of Morpheus (Perseus, TLG, Arethusa, …?); (c) correction of misrepresentation in this article (as per RyanBaumann's commet above).
