Description

An electronic edition of the scholia to Euripides, in progress from c2007, involving a new collation of MSS (from images). The project apparently planned to include all scholia of all plays. As of 2019 the website has the main (all?) scholia of one play, the Orestes, with various views available (scholia vetera, Triclinian scholia, with or without translation, etc.).

Includes introductory remarks by editor on the MSS and editions, and on the rationale for the format of the digital edition.

Modelling

The edition is encoded in XML, but in the source code each apparatus entry is one unstructured string of text.
