Open Source Critical Editions (OSCE) was the name given to a workshop held in London in September 2006 under the aegis of the Methods Network, the Perseus Project, and the Digital Classicist. Ongoing discussion continues between the principals of that event in the form of e-lists and published papers. The original workshop website was hosted by the Digital Classicist wiki, and individual pages are linked below.
