Paraskevi (Vivian) Platanou is a postgraduate student, studying Papyrology and Classical Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has completed her first MSc in Digital Humanities at Athens University of Economics and Business, specialising in Deep learning-based OCR for Greek paleographic manuscripts (Platanou). Her interests lie in Digital Papyrology and Epigraphy. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Greek Philology with a specialization in Classics in 2019. In February 2024 she will start working as a research assistant at Ghent University.
