Mention Athena Ruby?

Should we add to the article some mention of Athena Ruby and Joel Kalvesmaki's experience dealing with the issue of glyph variants in OpenType? GabrielBodard (talk) 11:57, 4 December 2015 (UTC)

Doesn't the article already mention Athena Ruby, including a link? --PaoloMonella (talk) 17:22, 3 October 2017‎
Yes, but Joel would presumably now be able to give us more detailed explanation of how OpenType works from the encoding, font, display and search perspectives, which would be more valuable than the "This will be possible one day" comments I wrote 14 years ago, that are grossly out of date!
