Description

Online database of the Nag Hammadi codices, written in Coptic, the main primary sources for so-called gnosticism. Includes critical Coptic text and facing English translation, based on the monograph series Nag Hammadi Studies.

Although access is provided through subscriptions (so the data is not freely open), the database nevertheless provides a model for open source critical editions.
